Description

Proposals are being requested for a contractor to provide operation and maintenance services on a fullyautomated Individual Carrier System (ICS) Baggage Handling System (BHS), located in the main terminal at Denver International Airport (DEN). This service will be required after the Consolidated-CBRA Project is completed, currently planned for June 2021. The contractor will supply a site management team, and a 24x7 technical staff to complete the scope of work requirements. Work performed shall include electrical,mechanical, controls, information technology (IT) related systems maintenance, and spare partsmanagement utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proposal shall be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers as described in Section IV of this RFP. Proposers shall submit their proposal and all required forms via the BidNet website. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME on Friday, January 15, 2021. Proposals received after this time will be rejected by the City and returned to the Proposer.
