This request is for a competitive RFP to select a contractor to provide federal lobbying services for Denver International Airport (DEN). These services are related to issues impacting DEN at the federal level, including but not limited to, Congressional appropriations, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization, other Congressional bills with impact to the aviation industry, and rules and regulations from federal agencies. The selected Contractor will help DEN with establishing and maintaining relationships in Washington DC. Performance on the contract will include communication with DEN staff, travel to Washington DC as needed, weekly and monthly status updates and reports, outreach to and communication with congressional staff, outreach to and communication with members of Congress, outreach to and communication with members of the Administration and staff including FAA, Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and others. Contractor will help prepare written materials, preparation for Congressional testimony, advocacy letters, policy briefs and recommendations, and other written materials as needed.
