Description

The City and County of Denver (“Sponsor” or “City”), owner and operator of Denver International Airport (“DEN”), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from professional design firms (“Consultant”) to provide full design services for one or more future runway(s) at DEN. The design services required for this opportunity will be executed in two phases, pending DEN approval. Phase I will include up to 30% design deliverables to be used in conjunction with the Environmental Review (“ER”). Once the Environmental Review Phase I is complete or nearing completion, the City may execute an amendment to the contract to begin Phase II design services to include 100% design deliverables and design construction support services for the 7th Runway.

A representative of your firm must attend this Pre-Submittal Conference. Failure to attend a mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference will disallow Submitters from submitting a response to this RFQ.
