This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a revenue lease agreement for Denver International Airport's (DEN) Mt. Elbert Shuttle Lot. The successful proposer will lease DEN's Mt. Elbert Shuttle lot with the requirement of providing parking and transportation services to the traveling public needing access to DEN, and to generate parking revenue of which a portion is to be paid to DEN. Additional site improvements, which must be approved by DEN, may be required.
