Denver International Airport (DEN) will contract with a company to provide underground utility locating services for DEN as defined by the Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) pursuant to Colorado State Statute 9-1.5-101 et seq. DEN is an owner and operator of underground facilities and, as required pursuant to Colorado State Statutes, must perform underground utility locating services on the underground facilities.
