This request is a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified firm(s) to provide adequate security coverage at Denver International Airport (DEN). DEN is unbundling one existing contract, into three smaller contracts: Regulatory Security Services, Curbside and Public Area Interfaces, and Total Queue Management (TQM). This request is for the Curbside and Public Area Interfaces contract which includes terminal traffic control, protection of sensitive security access points, door alarm response in the main terminal, loading dock oversight, security incident resolution, patrols, credential verification, and person vetting. The selected firm will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 1664 weekly hours or 42 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees. All Traffic Officer positions combined, support over 34,000 vehicle entries per day into passenger pick up and drop off locations at the Main Terminal at DEN. Hours can be broken down by FT (Full Time), PT (Part Time), and On-Call. The requirement is for the curbside to be staffed 24/7 on levels 4 and 6, passenger pick up and drop off. Hours will be adjusted based on operational needs or security threat directives. The selected vendor will also staff DEN's Airport Office Building (AOB) Vehicle Access Gate and Loading Dock Operation which facilitates over 50 deliveries per day.

Site Visit - MANDATORY
The Mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM Denver Local Time. Pre-registration is required. Registration must be completed no later than November 10, 2021.

All site visits will visit the same locations in the same order and participants will be provided the same information. Participants will meet on their scheduled day and time in the lobby of the Airport Office Building located on the 6th floor of the Jeppesen Terminal adjacent to A-Concourse security screening at Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Boulevard, Denver, CO 80249. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled site visit.

You must attend the Mandatory Site Visit. Registration is required to attend the site visit. At least one member from each company must attend the site visit. Your attendance must be documented during the site visit in order for your company to submit a responsive proposal.
