202477594 - On-Call DEN Employee Appreciation Contract

This procurement is to award multiple caterers for DEN 2025-2027 Annual All-Airport Employee Luncheon as a task based on-call agreement split by specialty and capacity to accommodate approximately 5,300 employees located on the Plaza between the Jeppesen Terminal and the Westin Hotel. This event has been an annual event for years designed to celebrate and appreciate all-airport employees. The Contractor must be prepared to serve 5,300 meals and propose a suggested menu (keeping in mind the quick serve nature of the event) and should include: a main dish for the majority of employees (two choices preferred), a vegetarian option (accounting for 12-15% of employees), a side option, dessert options, appropriate condiments, compostable dinnerware, and beverages (at least three choices preferred).
