Denver International Airport (DEN) will be conducting a Request for Proposals (RFP) competitive selection process for a concessionaire to offer an ADA compliant service allowing passengers to mail prohibited items that are not allowed through security checkpoints to their desired locations. The service will include domestic and international mailing options, secure packaging, and insurance options. The service will leverage the latest technology to implement advanced tracking systems for real-time updates on mailed items from kiosk locations located at each security checkpoint. The service will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and likewise provide timely customer support through online or phone resources.
