Description

This proposed Project primarily consists of approximately 67,652 square-yards of asphalt resurfacing for six (6) locations. Improvements also include ADA ramp replacement/modification, concrete pan replacement, curb & gutter replacement, and 4-inch concrete sidewalk replacement.

Locations are as following:
1. NORTH 5TH STREET - FAIRVIEW AVE TO HIGH STREET
2. OAK AVE - N 10TH STREET TO YALE PLACE
3. ESPLANADE COURT - PHAY AVE TO BAUER LANE
4. STREETS AROUND FREMONT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
(N 6TH ST, GREENWOOD AVE, N 7TH ST, MACON AVE)
5. HARRISON AVE - N 9TH STREET TO N 15TH STREET
6. FOUR MILE PARKWAY - COUNTY ROAD 123 TO US HWY 50 (CDOT ROW)

For example, if funding is insufficient to complete all segments the City will award based on the unit prices for a combination of the segments that can be completed within the allocated budget, lump sum items will be adjusted proportionately to the change in the bid if necessary.
