throughout Canon City for the City's water control system. Project
includes a new back panel replacement in the main water treatment plant
control panel (CP-100), 2 new filter control panels replacing existing filter

replacements and control panel modifications throughout the City.

Bids must be submitted via Bidnet. No Physical Bids will be accepted.
The award will not be split and shall be awarded to only one contractor. Bid pricing evaluation for
award shall be done with the intent to award to the lowest total aggregate of the combined bid
schedules; however, one schedule could be awarded without the other, in which case the award will be
based on the lowest bid for schedule chosen. If multiple schedules are awarded, there will be only one
contract and bond required; however for purposes of pricing, all associated costs per schedule such as
overhead, profit, bonding, etc. shall be separated per schedule.
