2024-3 - 301 Main Street Future Use RFP

The Delta Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) invites creative ideas accompanied by strong private business experience for the future of 301 Main Street. This building is one of, if not the iconic building of downtown Delta. Most recently, this building has been known as the “Chamber Building”, and served as the Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center for the past several decades until the end of 2023.DURA acquired this building in the early 1980s and has leased the building to the Chamber of Commerce since then. The Chamber has recently relocated to the new Delta Library Innovation Workspace. DURA wishes to find a new private partner to ensure this iconic building continues as an anchor to downtown Delta.
