Description

The City of Fountain, Colorado, is issuing this Request for Bids to perform chip sealing in the City of Fountain. The city is seeking bids for construction services to chip seal several streets in the City limits and for the re-striping of existing traffic lines and legends.
Bidder must state respective unit price for each bid item listed on this request for bids. The cost of re-striping the various existing traffic lines or remarking the various existing traffic legends shall be included in the bid price for each Item description listed in IFB. All subcontractors shall be licensed and bonded in the specialty for which they are contracted.
The City of Fountain expressly reserves the rights to extend the awarded contract for up to three one-year periods if mutually agreeable by both the Contractor and the City.

Bidders are solely responsible for insuring their bids arrive on time and to the place of bids specified in the Invitation for Bid.
