SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals shall be submitted as follows:
Due Date: February 24, 2021
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Location: City of Fountain City Hall

Offeror’s shall submit three (3) hardcopies of the Proposal. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, box, or other container (do not shrink wrap individual copies). Upon submission, all Proposal documents shall become, and remain, the property of the City. In the case of a contradiction or inconsistency between the hardcopy and softcopy, the hardcopy shall prevail.
Completed electronic proposal submissions will be accepted. Completed bids are due to the below individuals by 3:00 PM MST on February 24, 2021. Please email to both:
