The City of Fountain, Colorado, is seeking to update its Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Master Plan, last revised in 2015. An updated Master Plan will provide a strategic vision for the next decade, ensuring equitable access, sustainability, and a high quality of life for all residents. The plan will also address critical updates, such as revising the park in-lieu fees to reflect current and projected needs. Please refer to the attached Invitation for Bids document for detailed description.

Sealed and clearly labeled bids for the 2025 Trail project will be accepted at the City of Fountain's City Hall Clerk's Office, located at 116 S. Main St., until 3:00 PM on February 20, 2025. Please note that this will not be a public bid opening. For any questions, contact the Parks Department at parks@fountaincolorado.org.
Labeled and Sealed bids for the 2025 Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Master Plan will be received at the offices of the City of Fountain, City Hall Clerks office, 116 S. Main St until 3pm on February 20, 2025, any bids received after this time will not be opened. Please contact the Parks Department, for any questions, parks@fountaincolorado.org.
