The City of Fountain (the “City”) is soliciting Quotations from qualified companies to perform dielectric testing, load testing, and safety inspection on a total of ten (10) City of Fountain Electric units in 2022 to be completed no later than July 31, 2022. The City is seeking to award a Di-Electric Testing & Inspection Services Agreement for an initial term of one (1) year, with two (2) one-year (1-year) extension periods at the option of the City. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor.

Include all costs associated with performing the Scope of Services described in this RFQ. Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Quotation to the City of Fountain Utility Department by November 19, 2021 by 5:00 PM MST. This time and date is fixed, and extensions will not be granted. Quotation received after the deadline will not be considered. Late submittals will be destroyed 30 days after the Quotation opening. Quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside “Di-Electric Testing & Inspection Quotation E22-002”.
