The Scope of the Project will involve the Construction of a new metal building (including all electrical and HVAC components) to house Water Treatment equipment being installed by others on an existing foundation. Work also entails site improvements including fencing, concrete sidewalk and asphalt pavement. Construction facilities, such as temporary fencing, laydown yard, graded haul route and an on-site job trailer are already present on the site and will be handed over to the successful bidder for control and maintenance.
