The City of Fountain (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified companies to perform Highway Lighting Maintenance throughout the City of Fountain Utilities Service Territory.
The City is seeking to award a Highway Lighting Maintenance Services Agreement for an initial term of one (1) year, with two (2) one‐year extension periods at the option of the City. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor.

Include all costs associated with performing the Scope of Services described in this RFP. Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal to the City of Fountain Utilities Department by February 11, 2022 by 3:00 PM MDT. This time and date are fixed, and extensions will not be granted. Proposal proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Late submittals will be destroyed 30 days after the Proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside “Highway Lighting Maintenance Services Proposal E22-003”. Sealed Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to:
