Work to be performed generally includes: Installation of approximately 6657 linear feet of 30-inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipe, 469 linear feet of 42-inch diameter steel casing under I-25 and the BNSF railroad installed with trenchless methods, 486 linear feet of 30-inch diameter fusible PVC carrier pipe, a 30-inch steel pipe connection to the Owner’s existing 3 MG steel tank, a connection to the Owner’s existing 36-inch diameter HDPE watermain, and all ancillary work to complete the work described here-in. Post performance and payment bonds; and deliver the material and equipment in conformance with specifications within the contract time.

City of Fountain (hereinafter called the “Owner”) will receive sealed bids at 116 S. Main St, Fountain, CO 80817 for the Southwest Link Transmission Main project until 2:00 P.M. (before 2:01 P.M.) MST on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location. Any Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The last day for submission of questions will be Tuesday, January 30, 2024 and the last addendum will be issued by January 31, 2024.
