PW11/2020 - 311 10th St. Demolition

The project includes provisions for the deconstruction and demolition of a multi-story office building at 311 10th Street in Golden, Colorado. Demolition will include all footings, foundations, structures, utilities, and designated pavement areas. The intent of the demolition is to recycle the majority of building components and materials and divert them from landfills. This includes the crushing of concrete, concrete masonry, and stockpiling of materials on the campus. The project also includes the remediation of the site through new grading to stabilize the site. Any and all Work awarded will be to one Contractor.
