The City of Golden is accepting proposals from qualified planning consulting firms to conduct a land development code audit and rewrite for the City. Please review the attached document for complete information on the request for the proposal process and instructions for submitting a proposal.

The City hopes to complete the code audit and rewrite process within an approximately 14 month period, with work beginning in October of 2019 and completion by the end of 2020.
