The Golden Downtown Development Authority is seeking qualified entities to submit proposals for two seasonal downtown power washings (generally late May and early September) plus spot cleanings as needed. The area to be cleaned is Washington Avenue, 10th to 13th Streets, Arapahoe to Jackson Streets, including concrete portions of Miners and Prospectors Alleys.
