Description

This is a two-step solicitation for the complete design and construction of a new Gunnison Fire Station Facility. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of the procurement. Following the RFQ process, a short-list of firms may be invited to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) and ultimately be awarded a contract. Partial funding exists and is currently limited to Validation Services. This is a Progressive Design-Build project delivery method; a single contract between the Owner and Design-Builder is anticipated to provide all phases of the Project in a phased ("progressed") manner, subject to appropriations.
