24-35 - N 12th St Mill Overlay REBID

This contract will require asphalt milling and overlaying the entirety of N. 12th Street from Tomichi Avenue to Spencer Avenue (10 City blocks). The location of the work to be performed will be within City ROW in the streets and avenues located on the plans provided by the City of Gunnison. Other associated work such as full structural patching including removals and disposal, repair of existing concrete gutters and curbs, valve ring adjustments, public communications, and traffic control are included work items.
