24-33 - Travel Demand and Operational Analysis

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire a qualified Consultant to (a) establish a baseline for current and future demands and system functionality based upon projected growth; (b) establish street classifications in accordance with engineering standards; (c) assist the City in determining capital improvement priorities; (d) evaluate access control changes; and, (e) recommend policies and procedures for evaluating traffic impacts associated with proposed developments.
