RFP-24-28-PB - City of Lafayette: Affordable Housing Plan Implementation

This work is funded through the Local Planning Capacity Grant Program administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs. The project aims to update the City's affordable housing impact fee, create a five-year plan to implement the City's housing plan, enhance the City's affordable housing program, and carry out additional strategies outlined in the housing plan. Tasks may include Project Management, developing a Housing Plan Roadmap, updating the Affordable Housing Impact Fees, overall program improvements, and additional support as needed.
