The City of Lafayette (“City”) is requesting qualifications from qualified firms to provide
construction management services for Federal Aid Project No. AQC M750-005, SH 7 and 119th
St. Intersection Improvements Project, City Project No. 20-TR-20 in the City of Lafayette.
Consultant services consist of all services necessary to perform the engineering services as
identified in the scope of work, including, but not limited to construction management, inspection,
materials testing and public information services.

Qualifications shall be in an electronic version on a flash drive. Qualifications shall be submitted
in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the proposing firm’s name and address
and “Project No. AQC M750-005, SH 7 and 119th St. Intersection Improvements Project,
City Project No. 20-TR-20”. Qualifications delivered by mail or courier service shall be in the
sealed envelope inserted into a separate mailing envelop. On the outside of the mailing envelope
note “Qualifications Enclosed, Project No. AQC M750-005, SH 7 and 119th St. Intersection
Improvements Project, City Project No. 20-TR-20”.
