The City of Salida, Colorado is accepting proposals for the construction of “Cleora Park” within the City of
Salida in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in these documents.
All bids submitted shall be binding upon the respondent if accepted by the City within sixty (60) calendar
days of the submission date. In preparing the bid confers no right of withdrawal after the time fixed for
the submission of bid. This project is being bid in accordance with the City of Salida’s Purchasing Policy.
The City of Salida is soliciting digital Proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Services
within the municipal and operational facilities. This RFP provides the opportunity for all interested and
qualified Custodial Services Providers to submit a Proposal to develop and provide a Custodial Services
Program for the municipal and operational facilities within the City of Salida. This documentation
outlines the prerequisites, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Proposal for the
requested services. Please carefully read the entire package before submitting your Proposals. If
awarded, the Construction Services Program will be conducted in accordance with the terms and
conditions of an Agreement.
The City of Salida seeks professional costruction services provided in accordance with the highest
standards and level of professionalism, from individuals and entities having demonstrated business
experience providing such services at similar size projects. Qualified parties interested in conducting
such business for the City of Salida are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFP.
