The City of Westminster is seeking a mutually beneficial business relationship with a vendor to provide an integrated e-Agenda system to replace Novus agenda, which was acquired in 2015. The City has a seven member City Council, who also function as the Westminster Economic Development Authority and the Westminster Housing Authority. In addition to the City Council, Westminster has nine volunteer boards who are subject to open meetings law and/or advise the City Council. These boards currently are not using agenda management software. In addition to moving the boards and commissions onto a software solution, it would be desirable to track board membership and terms with the software.
