DW-2021-03 - Downtown Westminster Maintenance

The City is responsible for the maintenance of the publicly owned infrastructure in Downtown Westminster. This includes streetscape pavers, trees, trash cans, bike racks, vacant lots, parking lots, sidewalks, roads, alley’s and park areas. Given the high visibility of this site, the City is looking to hire a highly responsive team that will handle the ongoing maintenance of this landscape and infrastructure. The selected vendor shall instruct their employees to be visually attune to all conditions of the Downtown Westminster and partner with the City staff to identify areas of improvement that will create a positive experience for residents and visitors alike. The maintenance team should act as a liaison for the City and provide exceptional services for everyone that enters Downtown Westminster.
