RFP-GSX-21-196 - Environmental Consulting Services

The City of Westminster is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide environmental consulting services. The Contractor may be requested to provide guidance and expertise regarding all applicable environmental rules and regulations (federal, state, and local) pertaining to City facilities and operations. The Contractor may be required to assist with compliance audits, inspections, permitting, monitoring, compliance tracking system development, environmental training, regulatory reporting, and preparation of compliance guidance documents for the City. All work shall be conducted according to the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment, the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment- Division of Oil and Public Safety, the Environmental Protection Agency, and any other applicable governing agency’s sampling and testing methodologies, health and safety, materials management, and other pertinent guidelines and requirements.
