Additional Bidding Instructions

Fee schedule must be provided to the City as a separate document than the Proposal, through Bidnet®.

Total fee shall include all costs and expenses.

1. Submit a fee schedule in PDF format, separate from the written proposal. The fee schedule should include current hourly billing rates for all team members and sub-consultants proposed for this project.
2. Proposal pricing should be provided in a format that the Offeror deems to be most appropriate. Pricing should include specific tasks that are recommended, based on your understanding of City staff experience and availability throughout the course of the project. At a minimum, please include tasks by project phase, the anticipated effort (specific staff and staff hours), and cost per phase.
3. Include additional or optional services deemed appropriate for consideration by the City.
