The City of Westminster, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to develop mapping and counting protocol for prairie dog colonies in City-owned properties. The consultants will also need to gather baseline data on all existing active colonies. The mapping protocol and data collection must be developed in collaboration with City GIS staff, be ESRI compatible and data should be accurate to sub two meters.
