RFQ/P-PWU-23-443 - Replacement Municipal Court--CM/GC

The City of Westminster seeks statements of qualifications from Construction Manager/General Contractor firms with the necessary qualifications to provide all pre-construction and construction services of the new Municipal Courthouse. The selected Contractor will be retained for pre-construction services to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative approach to project planning, design, site logistics and phasing, utilities and storm water management planning, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, subcontractor prequalification, risk assessment and management, permits and approvals, constructability review, and project team coordination.
