RFQ-21-PWU - Standley Lake Security Assessment

The City of Westminster, Colorado, respectfully requests pre-qualification for the Standley Lake Security Assessment from qualified consultants (“Consultants”).  THE CITY DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS SOLICITATION. APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR TIME REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION (“RFQ”). 


In order to be considered for the Project, the following Pre-Qualification steps are REQUIRED:

• You must submit an electronic, PDF letter of qualifications indicating your experience and qualifications in completing this project and expressing desire to receive an electronic copy of the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) (anticipated to be distributed on July 5, 2021). 
• With submittal of letter of qualifications, provide any written comments regarding the City’s standard contracts for non-design services (Exhibits A). Comments should be identified as desired or non-negotiable.  If there are no comments on either contract, provide a written statement indicating no comments. The City will review any contract comments prior to distribution of RFP.  The City will consider, but not guarantee, any changes to Exhibits A.
