RFP-CMO-24-532 - Water and Sewer Utility Rate and Fee Cost of Services Study

The City of Westminster, Colorado, is soliciting proposals from qualified Consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Rate and Fee Cost of Service Study for its water, reclaimed water, and sewer utility systems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the current rate and fee structure, and revenue requirements to ensure fair and equitable charges for our customers. The City intends for all requested services to be provided under a single contract and the following sections are intended to provide beneficial information to assist prospective Consultants in preparing their responses and facilitate the evaluation process.
