The City of Woodland Park would like to request a rough order of magnitude cost for construction and installation for the replacement of the roof at City Hall at 220 W South Ave in Woodland Park, CO. The cost will be used for planning the 2024 budget with a target for construction in 2024/2025 using similar materials as the current roof. There is limited as-built information for the building but the plan set for another project taking place at City Hall is inlcuded in the bid documents showing the layout of the building.

Please coordinate site visits to observe the current roof condition and materials through the City Project Manager.
