Dewell Rd, Lake St, and, Pine Ridge Ave

The City of Woodland Park will receive separate sealed Bids on a General Contract for the street reconstruction of Dewell Road, Lake Street, and Pine Ridge Avenue. The reconstruction will entail the removal of the existing road section, installation of new curb and gutter, sidewalk, road base course, asphalt paving, sewer and water mains, service lines, meter pits, etc.
Lake Street: The project extends along Lake Street from Baldwin to CO67. The project will require the installation of approximately 24,000 SY of 4 inch thick asphalt over 7-9 inches of base course, 1,650 LF curb and gutter, and curb ramp upgrades. Two bid alternates are included with this project: Approximately 300 LF of Sewer improvements and empty 2 inch conduit with pullboxes for future use is estimated for the length of the project (4,500 LF).
Dewell Road: The limits of the project are from Park Street on the east to the dead end at the top of the hill on the west. The project will require the installation of approximately 1,800 SY of 4 inch thick asphalt over 6 inches of base course, 1,100 LF curb and gutter, 750 LF PVC water main, service lines, meter pits, and other work incidental for completion.
Pine Ridge Avenue: The limits of the project are from Park Street on the east to Blue Spruce Street on the west. The project will require the installation of approximately 1,800 SY of 4 inch thick asphalt over 6 inches of base course, largely within the existing curb and gutter, 800 LF PVC water main, service lines, meter pits, and other work incidental for completion.
