Description

Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors for the Sidewalk Replacement Project located on the Rangely campus. Project site locations are all located at 500 Kennedy Drive Rangely, CO 81648.
The work performed by the contractor shall include all labor, tools, and material to complete the work as shown in the attached plans and specifications. Work will include but is not limited to, removal and replacement of sidewalk, construction of pedestrian ramps, landscape restoration, and pavement markings. Construction will adhere to the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2023 edition. Contractor shall coordinate schedule and construction activities with CNCC to ensure college staff, students, and patrons have access to adequate parking and accessible pedestrians routes throughout the duration of construction.
