Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENTED QUOTE: Identify potential areas of risk and /or project requirements not adequately addressed in order to ensure a successful project.
As the proposed project is a high profile, publicly financed capital construction project it is crucial that the project be completed on time and within budget. The Colorado Department of Transportation is attempting to ensure all requirements of the project have been adequately addressed and /or planned for and potential risks have been quantified and mitigated related to project budget, schedule and execution. The goals of this Documented Quote are to identify a team of highly experienced individuals to review project plans, documents and team structure to ensure all elements of project risk have been identified and adequately addressed. This is a process analysis for risk mitigation. A summary of the existing Project Team and associated scopes are included in the Attachment to this Documented Quote (Attachment A).
In response to this DOCUMENTED QUOTE, the selected Team will review: • Project Goals and Objectives • Project Structure • Project Team • Project Contractual Documents • D/B Team Quality Assurance/Control Program • Entitlement Procedures / Execution • Environmental / Site Due Diligence • Project Risk Matrix • Risk Analysis of D/B GMP Independent Review Process • Owners’ Project Budget • Other Project Information / Documents as Requested
The goal of this review is to provide CDOT Executive Management an understanding of project adequacy and identification of any project concerns and/or previously unidentified risks. In addition, the selected Team will confirm that the owner’s budget and independent evaluation process of the project GMP are both appropriate.
WHO SHOULD RESPOND All teams who can provide these services in an impartial manner to the Project Team already in place. All work to be completed by July 8, 2016 in accordance with submission requirements agreed to with CDOT.

** CDOT estimates a maximum of 300 hours to complete this scope with a maximum price not to exceed $100,000.
