Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposal proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Independent Cost Estimating (ICE).
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) intends on selecting multiple Consultants to provide cost estimating and scheduling services for large highway/bridge construction projects throughout Colorado. The contract will be non-project specific with individual task orders negotiated to provide services.
