Summary of Specifications:
The Colorado School of Mines seeks bids for an ETC Lighting Control System Replacement for the Green Center, on an “FOB Delivered and Installed” basis. Vendor must be an approved ETC distributor with installation certification. The Determinant Factor in the award of this solicitation shall be the total sum of Items #1-21, shown below. Prior to considering the Determinant Factor, the School of Mines may evaluate the bids received to determine bid responsiveness (including the equivalence of alternate products), bidder responsibility, and, at the School’s option, other relevant factors such as delivery time.
