Description

The Colorado School of Mines (Mines) intends to select a Design/Build Entity (D/B Team) who will design, manage, and construct the projects as described in the attached RFP document. This team will provide design and construction services (schematic design through construction administration and occupancy) for two laboratory projects at a technology transfer hub in unincorporated Jefferson County. Each project will be contracted and managed separately. One project (“New Clean Room Building”) includes a new clean room laboratory building and the other project (“Existing Lab Building Renovation”) includes the renovation of an existing laboratory building.
