Summary of Specifications:
Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a contractor or engineering firm having expertise in managing power plant control system retrofits, to provide project management and to develop a procurement specification for the replacement of the Alstom P-320 steam turbine and generator exciter controls system at the Front Range Power Plant, (FRPP). The controls retrofit, as more fully described below, is to be installed during the fall 2017 outage which is scheduled for September 22, 2017 to October 25, 2017.
