RFP-KO-130386 - HV Circuit Breaker Alliance

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Supplier(s) to provide SF6 Power Circuit Breakers.  The expected result of this Request for Proposals is a five (5) year alliance with two, two-year renewal options for a total of five (9) years at Utilities discretion with one or more SF6 Power Circuit Breaker suppliers for Colorado Springs Utilities. The intent of Colorado Springs Utilities is to form an alliance with one supplier but will award the alliance to more than one supplier if it is in Colorado Springs Utilities best interest. The intent of this long term alliance is to reduce total cost of ownership, reduce lead times, and obtain quicker problem resolution and emergency deliveries, as well as obtaining other benefits associated with a long term relationship.
