RFP-MB-66519 - Outsourced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System Solution

Summary of Specifications:
Colorado Springs Utilities (UTILITIES) is soliciting proposals for a fully outsourced solution to provide an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). The intent of this document is to define the requirements of this effort necessary to select the most suitable vendor and product to accomplish the project within the timeframe targeted. The proposed IVR solution is intended to provide the full scope of IVR functionality including scripting and sound engineering elements in order to satisfy in-bound and out-bound calling features related to customer cycle of service functions in the utility environment, and to interface with UTILITIES’ customer system as well to as interface with external service provider systems.
