Summary of Specifications:
This Solicitation is for an alliance type long term blanket contract to supply the services for UTILITIES’ annual oil sampling program as well as monitoring questionable equipment throughout the year as more fully described in the Statement of Work (“Work”). Oil Samples may be hazardous and contain PCBs and/or explosive gases. UTILITIES is soliciting for qualified CONTRACTOR(s) to supply the following on an as-needed basis:

• DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis of gases in oil) tests • Fluid quality tests • PCB (Polychlorinated Biphenyl) tests
