Description

The Office of Future of Work is seeking quotations from qualified Bidders to establish and maintain compliance analysis and review of Registered Apprenticeship programs in accordance with Federal Regulation CFR 29.29 and CFR 29.30, and provide technical assistance and ATR training for the CDLE/OFW Quality Assurance team. OFW is seeking to partner with a vendor who is able to advise, facilitate, and function as the program compliance review provider on behalf of the State Apprenticeship Agency at their direction and provide customized technical assistance to its staff on audits and compliance related to the regulatory responsibilities of apprenticeship programs.
