Description

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH) Office of Homeless Initiatives (OHI), is excited to solicit a team of consultants to build the capacity of the homeless response system in communities across Colorado.
The State Housing Board in September 2023 voted to leverage funds that the Division is administering through Colorado House Bill 2022-1377 via the Transformational Homelessness Response Grant Program to further build the capacity of the homeless response system.
The Division recognizes the need to provide additional resources to support communities starting their journeys to collaboratively address homelessness, including connections to best practices, resources to strengthen regional homelessness response systems, and funding for the collaboration central to this work.

ONE EMAILED COPY OF THE RESPONSE PROPOSAL AND ONE COPY UPLOADED TO THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN BIDNET SYSTEM, IN .PDF FORMAT, WHICH WILL SERVE AS THE “ORIGINAL” IN PLACE OF A HARD-COPY, MUST BE SUBMITTED.
This solicitation is published using the VSS and BidNet systems. Proposing vendor/consultant must be registered on both VSS and BidNet in order to download solicitation documents and information, and to be considered responsive at the time of proposal submission.
