The purpose of this DQ is to obtain competitive quotations from qualified individuals and firms to provide DOH with services to facilitate the work of the Mobile Home Park Oversight Program (MHPOP) in conducting a survey of mobile home park constituents and summarizing the results of the survey for the Program’s annual report. The consultant is expected to work closely with DOH staff towards preparing the survey questions and develop strategies for outreach.
