Under legislation, SB22-211, The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is tasked with the redevelopment of the Ridge View Campus formally the Ridge View Youth Services Center into a supportive residential community for people experiencing homelessness.
In order to transition the buildings from youth services to supportive housing, DOLA is in need of a construction project manager who can assist in the daily activities required to design, renovate and ultimately move into the existing campus.

Firms will be judged not only on their past experience for the type of work involved, but also on their ability to address issues critical to the success of the project requirements outlined in this RFQ document.
A fully executed Appendix C: Acknowledgement And Attestation Form MUST accompany the submission.
Section II contains all elements that will be used to evaluate each firm's qualifications. Note that the primary focus of the prequalification evaluation will be the firm’s capability and the primary focus of the oral interview will be the proposed management team members’ capabilities.
